I got this recipe from Sing for Your Supper. It was extremely easy to make and really good. My husband loved it! I added onion and garlic from the original recipe.

Ingredients:
1 lb chuck roast (or roast of choice) – cut into small chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4-5 mushrooms, chopped (you can use canned also)
About 1/2 can or 1/2 c chicken or beef broth (I used chicken)
1 small onion – cut into chunks
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Cooked white rice (or rice of choice) or noodles (we used egg noodles)

Directions:
Season the chunks of roast with salt and pepper and place into the crockpot. Add your cream of mushroom soup, broth, onion, and garlic – mix together. And set on low for 6-8 hours.
About 15 minutes before you plan to eat, add your mushrooms.

Serve over rice or noodles.
