Not much meal-planning this week since I’ll be cooking for myself almost every night.
Monday: Possibly Pulled Pork Quesadillas (made with leftover pulled pork if we have enough)
Thursday: Thanksgiving!! I’m making sweet potatos in the crock pot and my husband volunteered to make the deviled eggs.
Friday: Probably leftovers again or my Mom’s cheesy baked pork chops (depends on my husband’s schedule)
Saturday or Sunday: Cherry Wine Glazed Pork Roast (I know I was supposed to make this this past weekend, but it didn’t work out.)
