1/2 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cleaned
1/2 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 c Panko
1/2 c Parmesan
1.5 t Italian seasoning
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450.
In a small bowl beat the egg and vinegar together.
In another bowl mix together the Panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Coat the asparagus in the egg mixture, then dip in the Panko mixture to fully coat. Or coat as much as possible.
Place on a greased baking sheet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until slightly tender.
