Recipe from Senora Espanola

This was a really good, light salad. Perfect for a warm evening. I added in some onions and mushrooms as well.

I’m not putting ingredient amounts, because it really depends on how much you want on your salad. 🙂

Ingredients:
Fresh baby spinach
Grilled chicken breasts (with some s&p), cubed
Dried cranberries
Walnut pieces, toasted
1 pear, cubed
Onion, diced
Mushroom, sliced
Honey Dijon Vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
Plate it and eat it! 🙂
