Thank you to everyone who entered the Progresso Panko & Broth Giveaway.  I got some great ideas from your comments.

Breaded zucchini, chicken fingers, breaded fish, chicken parmesan and jalapeno poppers were all mentioned.  You can also use it in meatloaf, meatballs and burgers, fried shrimp, as a topping for Mac ‘n Cheese, & eggplant parm.  And I’m sure there are tons of other ways as well.

I’ve never used Panko-I think I need to make a trip to the store after that review… but I would use them for chicken fingers-my fave!!
