Recipe from Taste of Home

This was a good, simple recipe to throw together on a weeknight. I added garlic and basil to the recipe.

Ingredients:
10 ou potato gnocchi
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 c chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T olive oil
26 ou spaghetti sauce
1/4-1/2 t dried oregano
1/4-1/2 t dried basil
1/4 t salt
Parmesan cheese, for serving

Directions:
Cook gnocchi according to package directions.  Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat then add the onion, chicken and garlic.  Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Mix in the spaghetti sauce, oregano, basil, salt and gnocchi.  Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through.  Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
