Sunday: Chicken Fajita Crescent Braid w/ Rice

Tuesday: Oatmeal Pancakes & Eggs
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Out or Leftovers
Friday: J gets his wisdom teeth removed, so since I’m not sure he’ll be able to chew, I’m making Broccoli Cheese Soup if he thinks he can handle it. If not – we’ll be stocked up with things like yogurt, applesauce, and smoothie ingredients.
Weekend: Sticking with the soft foods this weekend. Maybe pancakes, eggs, rice, pasta, mashed potatos, soft fruits, smoothies.  Depends on what he can handle. Who knows – maybe he’ll have a quick recovery!

I’m also going to begin to conquer my difficulties baking with yeast and try out this Whole Wheat bread (for sandwiches) and this Parmesan Cheese bread (for the soup).
