I didn’t do a meal plan for this past week. Since we were gone all weekend and didn’t really have a chance to do our grocery shopping, I’ve been working out of the pantry.  We’ve had pasta, grilled chicken and foil packet potatos, rice with sausage and breakfast for dinner.

Saturday: Boeuf Bourgignon
Sunday:  Asian Dumpling Soup and Shrimp Summer Rolls and another attempt at wheat bread for the week
Monday: Pulled Pork tacos w/ spanish rice
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken and Mushroom Marsala Risotto
Wednesday: Out for St. Paddy’s Day meal at Atrias!
Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Bristol for the weekend! 🙂
