I didn’t have a meal plan last week as J & I went away for a long weekend to Niagara (Canada side), and didn’t have a chance to do any shopping.  So I did some pantry cooking.

Sunday: Making smoked turkey breast on our smoker for sandwiches and couscous salad for lunches. And sandwich rolls for lunches.
Onion Egg Bread for the week
Rotisserie Chicken, cauliflower and Rice
Monday: Tortellini Soup
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Maple-Soy Glazed Flank Steak w/ homemade potato chips and broccoli
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Out?
